2. Sales Confirmation Order
Validity of the Sales Order is for a maximum period of 45 days. Customer must accept the delivery/collect the goods before the expiry of this validity period. Full payment should be made upon placement of orders. Guocera Sdn Bhd reserves the right to forfeit 50% of the total payment made for any cancellation of confirmed sales orders.

Delivery charges include unloading service up to the following points:
a. Entrance/porch of commercial/residence site, or
b. Ground level of service lifts/loading lift of apartment/condominium/high rise building.
4. Delivery Lead Time
a. Delivery only upon full payment.
b. Delivery after cheque clearance.
c. No deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
5. Inspection of Goods
All goods must be examined by the buyer on delivery for any defects. Discrepancies or non-conformity must be notified immediately (within 1 week from goods delivery date and with condition that any defective tiles must not be installed), failure of which, no responsibility will be accepted by Guocera and such goods are non-returnable, refundable or exchangeable
6. Goods Exchange
Goods delivered are not refundable or exchangeable.
7. Technical and Installation Advice
All Grade One tiles are produced to comply with the technical specifications according to the MS ISO 13006 as set out in our catalogues.
Due to low porosity of Porcelain Tiles, High Performance cementitious adhesive in accordance to the BS EN 12004 and ISO 13007-1 or Class C2 is highly recommended for proper installation. Please seek expert advice from adhesive manufacturers for proper selection and application.
In the case of wall tiles, due to it’s high porosity, it is recommended that tiles should be soaked in water prior to normal installation using cement mixture. However, if high performance adhesive is used, there is no need for wall tiles to be soaked in water before installation. Please seek expert advice from adhesive manufacturers for proper selection and application.
